Lunch at a fabulous noodle restaurant



Janet bought a vest. See pictures tomorrow.
Then we had rare access to a coffee/tea/vinegar tasting at the home of a chemist
who makes perfect coffee using a press that he invented.
We tasted tea made with vintage 2004 aged tea leaves. Janet bought 100 grams.
We tasted his unique vinegar he makes from plums,
and how well it goes mixed with single malt scotch whiskey.
Later we went to the night market, which was somewhat bigger
but not materially different from the one in Kaohsiung.
